Unique Tracking LLC doing business as Your Auto Hub ("Your Auto Hub," "we," "us," or "our") explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through www.yourautohub.com, inquiries, reservations, rentals, contactless pickup and return, and fleet or referral inquiries, online and offline.

This policy explains our information practices and your choices. Rental agreements govern vehicle use and charges. This policy does not replace separate consent, notices, or authorizations required for a particular activity. We provide additional disclosures at collection where required.

1. Information we collect

The information collected depends on your interaction with us. We collect information you provide, information generated through a rental or website visit, and information received from the third parties described below.

Contact and identity information. Name, mailing and delivery addresses, email address, telephone number, date of birth, driver’s license details and copies, and other information reasonably needed to verify your identity and rental eligibility. If requested during check-in, this may include a photograph of you or your identification.

Rental and transaction information. Reservation dates, pickup and return locations, vehicle selection, authorized driver details, signed agreements, rental history, extensions, mileage, fuel readings, deposits, charges, balances, payment arrangements, and records of contactless vehicle access.

Payment information. Billing details, payment status, transaction references, and information needed to process payments, refunds, and deposits. Payment providers may collect card or financial details directly through their own checkout or payment portal. What we receive depends on the provider and may include a payment token, card brand, and last four digits. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by ordinary email or text.

Insurance and incident information. Insurance carrier, policy and coverage information, verification results, incident reports, damage photographs, repair records, police reports, witness information, and records needed to manage claims, tolls, citations, disputes, and vehicle recovery.

Communications and business inquiries. Messages, support requests, feedback, communication preferences, and information submitted through our contact, fleet, or referral forms, such as business contact details and the services you request.

Website and device information. IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, pages viewed, visit times, and interactions with our website. Cookies and similar technologies are discussed below.

Vehicle information. Depending on the vehicle and installed equipment, information described in Section 4, including location and vehicle operating data.

We may receive relevant information from booking platforms, payment and identity verification providers, insurers, vehicle technology providers, toll and citation administrators, recovery providers, and people authorized to act for you. Please provide another person’s information only when you are authorized to do so and inform them about this policy.

2. How we use information

We use personal information as reasonably necessary to:

Answer inquiries; verify identity, driver qualifications, and insurance; and process reservations, agreements, and rental extensions.

Arrange delivery, pickup, return, contactless access, and customer support.

Process payments, deposits, refunds, invoices, tolls, citations, damage charges, and payment disputes; maintain accounting records; and pursue amounts owed through lawful collection procedures.

Maintain vehicles; manage incidents and insurance claims; prevent fraud and unauthorized use; protect people and property; and locate or recover missing, stolen, abandoned, or overdue vehicles as permitted by law.

Operate and secure our website and booking systems, troubleshoot problems, and improve our services.

Communicate about your inquiry, reservation, account, payment, vehicle return, or service changes; and send promotional communications when permitted by law and consistent with your choices.

Respond to fleet or referral inquiries and coordinate services or introductions you request.

Comply with legal obligations, preserve required records, resolve disputes, and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

We limit collection and use to information appropriate for the relevant purpose. If you do not provide information necessary to verify eligibility or complete a rental, we may be unable to provide the requested service.

We do not use personal information for a materially different, incompatible purpose without first providing the required notice and obtaining consent when required. We do not make rental eligibility, pricing, or other decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through solely automated profiling. You may contact us to request a human review of an eligibility decision.

3. How we disclose information

The table on the following page identifies categories of recipients, the information they receive, and the reasons for disclosure. Information is disclosed only when relevant to the service or circumstances. A listed recipient does not receive every category we collect.

Providers processing information on our behalf are subject to contracts requiring confidentiality, appropriate security, defined processing instructions, and applicable restrictions on use, retention, and disclosure. Independent businesses, such as insurers and booking platforms, may also process information under their own legal responsibilities and privacy notices. We remain responsible for our own disclosures and for provider oversight required by law.

We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration. We do not disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. These commitments include website identifiers and precise location information. We do not sell sensitive information or sell or share information of minors for targeted advertising.

A request for rental information or a fleet inquiry does not authorize us to sell your information as a lead. We make an introduction to another rental operator or service provider only when you request or separately authorize that specific introduction. We do not provide driver’s license images, payment credentials, or GPS history merely to make a referral.

Mobile telephone numbers, text messaging opt-in records, and consent are not sold or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Messaging providers and carriers may process the information only to deliver, support, secure, and administer our messaging services, or as legally required.

4. Vehicle location and connected technology

Some vehicles contain GPS, telematics, remote access equipment, or manufacturer-connected services. Depending on the vehicle and enabled equipment, information may include precise location and location history, mileage, fuel or battery levels, diagnostics, ignition status, speed, and access events. Enabled equipment may transmit automatically, including while the vehicle is parked. We disclose material tracking features and purposes before the rental begins.

We collect, access, and retain only vehicle information reasonably necessary and proportionate for the specific rental service. Where applicable law requires a stricter standard for sensitive data, including precise geolocation, we process that information only when strictly necessary to provide or maintain the specific service you requested or when a statutory exception permits it. Consent does not override a legal prohibition.

Permitted purposes include necessary pickup and return coordination, contactless access, mileage and fuel administration, maintenance, incident handling, and lawful recovery of a missing, stolen, abandoned, or overdue vehicle. We restrict access to relevant personnel and providers, limit historical location access to the necessary period, and do not use precise location for advertising, unrelated monitoring, or sensitive inferences about your private life. We obtain separate consent before collection when legally required.

Ask us before renting about the equipment in your vehicle. Disabling phone location permissions does not disable vehicle equipment. We explain available choices and any service limitations when you request to limit or withdraw location processing. Please inform authorized drivers and passengers of these practices. Do not interfere with installed equipment.

We do not activate audio recording, cabin monitoring, or company-operated dashcam recording under this policy. Any future recording program requires advance specific disclosures and legally required consent. We do not create or use facial geometry templates or other biometric identifiers to verify identity under this policy; identity photographs are used for document and visual verification. A future biometric service requires a separate notice and legally required consent before collection.

Manufacturers and connected-service providers may independently collect vehicle information under their own notices. Review those notices before activating optional services. Remove paired phones, contacts, saved destinations, and account credentials before returning a vehicle. Our return procedures also address removal of prior renters’ stored information.

5. Cookies third party tracking and browser signals

We and our providers use cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies for necessary website functions, booking selections, security, and permitted service analytics. Providers of embedded maps, checkout, and booking features may receive device identifiers, IP addresses, and interaction information when their features load or are used.

We do not authorize advertising networks to collect personal information through our site for targeted advertising across unrelated websites or services. Independent embedded-service providers may collect information about your activity over time and across services under their own notices. Where such collection would constitute a sale, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising by us, we do not permit it under this policy.

Our website does not change its behavior solely in response to a browser’s ordinary Do Not Track signal. This differs from Global Privacy Control and other legally recognized opt-out preference signals, which we honor as required by law. Because we do not sell or share information for targeted advertising, those activities remain disabled regardless of a signal. You may also submit choices through the contact methods in Section 9.

Manage cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may affect booking functionality. We obtain consent before enabling optional technologies where required and provide an equally accessible way to withdraw that consent. We do not treat continued browsing or acceptance of this policy as consent where affirmative consent is required.

6. Email telephone and text communications

We communicate about inquiries, reservations, pickup instructions, payments, returns, support, and account security. Service messages and promotional messages are treated separately. Where required, we collect and retain consent before sending automated calls or texts. Any required marketing consent is obtained through a separate clear disclosure and affirmative action, identifies Your Auto Hub, describes the communications and technology, and states that consent is not a condition of purchase or rental.

Text message frequency varies with your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or use another reasonable method, including emailing support@yourautohub.com or calling 443-960-7351, to revoke applicable call or text consent. Reply HELP or contact us for assistance. We honor call and text revocation as soon as practicable, no later than 10 business days after receipt, or sooner if required by law. Any permitted confirmation text contains no marketing. We do not require one exclusive method to opt out.

Use an email’s unsubscribe link or contact us to stop promotional email. We honor email opt-outs within 10 business days or sooner when required. Commercial email includes our identity, a valid postal address, and a working unsubscribe method. We maintain suppression records to respect your choices.

An opt-out does not cancel a rental or eliminate payment obligations. Necessary communications may continue through lawful channels consistent with your request. We do not treat an active rental as permission to disregard a valid revocation or send marketing.

7. Security and incident notification

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and our operations. These include access restrictions, secure transmission and storage where appropriate, workforce controls, provider oversight, and procedures to identify and respond to incidents. No system can guarantee complete security.

If an incident triggers notice obligations, we investigate and notify affected individuals, regulators, and other required recipients within the deadlines and in the manner required by applicable law. This policy does not limit breach notification rights or make them dependent on our discretion. Keep credentials and vehicle access codes confidential and report suspected misuse promptly. Use designated secure payment and document upload channels.

8. Retention and disposal

We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate for its disclosed purpose or as required by law. Our retention decisions consider rental duration, accounting and tax requirements, limitation periods, open claims, payment disputes, fraud prevention needs, and legal holds. We do not retain all records indefinitely or apply a single retention period to every category.

Contact, agreement, rental, billing, and claims records are retained to administer the relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping or dispute requirements. Identity document images and verification photographs are retained only for the necessary verification, fraud, or legal purpose; where feasible we retain verification results instead of full images. Raw location history and access logs are retained only for their specific necessary operational, security, or incident purpose. Website logs and cookies expire or are removed when no longer needed for their limited purposes.

Consent and suppression records are retained as needed to demonstrate permissions and honor opt-outs. Where information must remain for a legal hold, we restrict unrelated use. Once retention is no longer justified, we securely delete, destroy, or de-identify it. Backup copies are isolated from ordinary use and deleted or overwritten through the backup lifecycle. We maintain de-identified information without attempting re-identification except as legally permitted to test de-identification.

9. Your privacy rights and how to use them

We accept the following requests from U.S. customers regardless of residence, subject to identity verification where appropriate and lawful exceptions. Applicable law may provide additional or stronger rights, which we honor:

Confirm whether we process your information and obtain access to it.

Obtain categories and specific information collected, sources, purposes, and recipients; request a portable copy where technically feasible.

Correct inaccurate information and request deletion of information collected from or about you.

Obtain categories of third parties receiving information and, where required by your state law, a list of specific recipients, subject to legal protections for other individuals and protected information.

Opt out of sale, targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, and qualifying profiling. We do not engage in those activities under this policy.

Withdraw consent for processing based on consent and exercise applicable rights to limit sensitive information use. We use sensitive information only for the necessary service, security, verification, claims, and legal purposes described here.

Appeal a denied request and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination or retaliation.

Email support@yourautohub.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or call 443-960-7351. Tell us what you request and provide your name and the email or phone number associated with your inquiry or rental. An account is not required. Do not include full identification or payment numbers in your initial message. We provide a secure method if additional verification is necessary. Contact us for accessibility assistance or another practical submission method.

For access, correction, and deletion, we use commercially reasonable verification appropriate to the request and sensitivity. We may match existing records or request limited additional information, which is used only for verification, security, or legal compliance. We do not require a verifiable identity for opt-outs where the law prohibits it. Authorized agents may submit requests; we verify authority and any identity confirmation permitted by law. Guardians may act for protected individuals as legally permitted.

We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and provide a substantive response without undue delay, generally within 45 calendar days after receipt. If law permits and an extension is reasonably necessary, we explain the reason within the initial period and extend by no more than 45 additional days. Shorter legal deadlines control. Opt-outs and consent withdrawals are processed within their applicable deadlines rather than delayed until the general response deadline.

Requests are free at least twice in a 12-month period, and more often when required by law. We impose a reasonable fee or decline an excessive request only when legally permitted, explain the reason, and notify you before charging. Exceptions to deletion or disclosure are applied only when authorized by law. We explain a denial, applicable exceptions, and appeal instructions, and direct relevant providers to act when required. We retain only the minimum suppression or request record needed to honor your choices.

To withdraw consent, use the same control used to give it where available, an unsubscribe link or text reply as appropriate, or the email or phone above. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent. We stop consent-based processing as soon as practicable, no later than 30 days after receipt for applicable Maryland requests, and sooner where required. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. We explain if a requested feature cannot function without necessary information.

Appealing a decision

Email support@yourautohub.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal,” or call the same number. Identify the request and why you disagree. We review the appeal and provide a written explanation within 45 calendar days, or sooner if required. If an appeal is denied, we provide a method to contact your appropriate regulator. You may complain directly without first appealing to us.

10. Additional state disclosures

Maryland residents: Where MODPA applies, rights include confirmation, access, correction, deletion, portability, categories of third-party recipients, and opt-outs of sale, targeted advertising, and profiling for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Sensitive data, including precise geolocation, is processed only where strictly necessary for a specific requested service or a statutory exception applies. Sensitive data is not sold. Use Section 9 to submit requests, withdraw consent, or appeal.

Virginia residents: Where the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act applies, you may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-outs of sale, targeted advertising, and qualifying profiling. We obtain consent before sensitive-data processing when required. Section 9 supplies request and appeal procedures and at least two free requests annually.

California residents: Sections 1 through 5 and 8 describe categories of information, sources, purposes, recipients, tracking, and retention criteria. These disclosures cover identifiers; information described in California Civil Code Section 1798.80(e), such as contact, driver’s license, insurance, and payment details; age or birth date used for eligibility; commercial and rental records; internet activity; geolocation; and photographs and communications. Driver’s license details, qualifying account credentials, financial access credentials, and precise location can be sensitive personal information. We do not collect biometric identifiers under this policy.

The recipient table describes business-purpose disclosures for each category when relevant to your interaction. We do not sell or share any category for cross-context behavioral advertising. Sensitive information is used only for permitted service, verification, security, and legal purposes, not to infer characteristics about you. We do not offer a financial incentive or price difference in exchange for collecting, retaining, or selling personal information under this policy.

If CCPA applies, California residents may request the legally required information about the preceding 12 months and additional periods where required, correction, deletion, portability, and applicable limits and opt-outs. We provide required historical category disclosures and collection notices before or at collection. Agents may act as described in Section 9. California residents may also request information about any disclosures for third parties’ direct marketing under Civil Code Section 1798.83; we do not make those disclosures. We honor additional state-law rights where applicable.

11. Children third parties and separate transactions

Our website and rentals are intended for adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s information online or sell or share minors’ information for advertising. Contact us if a child submitted information so we can investigate and delete it as required.

Independent platforms and connected services have their own notices; we remain responsible for information we handle. Credit, financing, qualifying leases, consumer reports, biometrics, and recordings require separate notices or authorizations as applicable. This policy does not replace a required financial privacy, consumer-report, or adverse-action notice.

12. Changes and contact

We review this policy at least annually and update it when our practices or law require. Material changes receive prominent website notice and any additional notice or consent legally required before a new use begins. We update the effective date; continued use alone does not supply consent where affirmative consent is required.
