Cleaning and sanitization are 2 different things. We do a thorough routine cleaning and high touchpoint areas are sanitized between every reservation.

How does contactless pickup/return work?
You choose the pickup/dropoff location of the vehicle and you'll receive the unlock code and access instructions up to 1 hour before the start of your scheduled trip after check-in is completed.
Depending on the vehicle, contactless access to the vehicle is via lockbox, hitch safe, door code, or remote unlock.
Are there any additional fees?
There are no hidden fees!
Every booking has a $200 fully refundable security deposit. The state of Maryland has an 11.25% tax rate for car rentals. Optional collision damage and liability protection is offered as well as child seats as extras.
Please review the terms of services for violation charges for late returns, excessive cleaning, smoking, etc. All other fees are explained here.
